This year, Matthias Kelly QC will be delivering what promises to be an engaging and topical keynote address on the calculation of future loss in claims.  Amanda Ashton, whose session on costs was one of the highlights of the day last year will return. Stephen Ashcroft, and recognised authority on structuring settlements, will be speaking on periodical payments, and AvMA’s Peter Walsh will be looking back at the ways in which the handling of clinical negligence claims has changed over the 25 years of AvMA’s existence. Jeff Raizner is also back this year, with another highly-anticipated speech.
