Law firm launch personal injury iPhone application

Bott & Co solicitors has launched a new iPhone application designed to win compensation should you suffer a car crash or 'incident.' Would be claimants will get instant access to a personal injury solicitor if they have been involved in an accident with the iphone 'Car Incident Assistant' application."

Named the ‘UK Car Incident Assistant’, the solicitors claim it is the best way to record details of a road traffic accident on your iphone. The Cheshire based solicitors offer the application as a free download.

Its purpose is to capture as much information at the scene of the accident, and to then transfer and verify the information.

The application uses the iPhones integrated camera to take photographs, record your current location using the iPhone’s GPS capabilities and store relevant information in relation to your accident. Providing you are capable of doing so after an accident.

This information is then forwarded to a Personal Injury Solicitor at Bott and Co. Solicitors who will review your claim and contact you within 24 hours of submission. If the accident was not your fault your dedicated personal injury solicitor will assist in the formulation of a claim for personal injury.

The application also has an updateable contacts page that provides you with useful links to call or visit websites of fleet operators, road side assistant operators and healthcare professionals.
